职位描述 Job description
1.Responsible for the operation, maintenance, repair and patrol inspection of all electrical equipment (gas) in the hotel, responsible for the arrangement of daily work of maintenance electricians, supervision of work quality and completion of work order.
负责全酒店电器（气）设备的运作，维护保养、修理和巡检，负责维修电工日常工作的安排，工作质量的监督和工单的完成。
2.Lead and supervise employees to strictly implement safety operation procedures to ensure the safety of construction
带领和监督员工严格执行安全操作流程，保证施工的安全。
3.To perform emergency duties as per outlined under emergency procedure.
在紧急情况下按照紧急程序开展工作。
4.To familiar with all the electrical power distribution and lighting systems, its operating requirement and characteristics, so as to operate in strict compliance with requirement.
了解掌握酒店配电和灯光系统以及设备的运行要求和特性，严格按照设备要求和特性操作设备。
5.To inspect all electrical systems and make operation status records as per inspection list. To correct and report operation deficiency, unusual events and safety hazards conditions to engineer. To constantly assess the preventive maintenance schedule, method of maintenance, to ensure that equipment longevity, avoidance of repairs and down time, ease of operation, and efficiency are all being maximized pursuant to manufacturing recommendations.
按照工作检查表来检查强电设备运行情况并做好记录工作。维修和上报设备运行缺陷，不寻常的运行情况和安全隐患。经常回顾预防维修检查表和维护方式，保证设备长期稳定的运行，避免紧急修理和故障停机，安全运行，和根据生产手册高效运行。
6.To maintain tools and equipment properly and keep the workplace cleans and tidy.
保持维修工具，设备和工作区域的清洁。
7.To coordinate with property and electrical bureau for power switching and annual inspection and instruments calibration.
做好酒店和电业局的协调工作，保证酒店电力转换，年检和设备检定工作。
8.To monitor preventive maintenance works done by elevator/escalator contractors.
对电梯/扶梯维修人员工作进行管理。

任职要求 Qualification
1.Technical vocational institute training in general electrical systems repairs & maintenance.
正规电力职业学校毕业，专业掌握电力系统维修和维护知识。
2.Min.3 years working experience in electrical system preferably with hospitality industry. 
至少3年在酒店的工作经验，有电工操作证件。持高压电工证优先。
3.Good command of communication and coordination.
