职位描述 Job description
1.Implement the post responsibility system and operation regulations, ensure the normal operation of the boiler system under the jurisdiction, prevent non-public servants from entering the machine room, and ensure the safety of equipment.
落实岗位责任制和运行规程，确保所管辖的锅炉系统正常运行，杜绝非公务人员进入机房，保证设备安全
2.Keep close contact with boiler maintenance company and boiler water treatment company, be familiar with contract content, supervise the regular check provided by supplier, point out the deficiency in their work, and meanwhile, learn skills and knowledge from them.
和锅炉维保公司和锅炉水处理公司保持密切的联系，熟知这两项外包合同内容，监督合同公司的例检工作和回应报修的来店处理过程，及时向乙方指明不足之处，同时从他们的操作中多学技能、知识。
3.Take initiatives to participate other non-boiler or non-steam related tasks arranged by Engineer Dept. 
积极参加工程部统一布置的非锅炉蒸汽领域的其它各种工作。
4.Assist Boiler Maintenance Supplier to pass annual examination conducted by Boiler Office, shall not help the supplier to cover the problems in maintenance or repair. Send major pressure meter and safety valve for stipulated examination on time. 
配合锅炉维保公司，通过锅检所年检，但不能帮维保公司掩盖保养、维修中存在的问题。主压力表、安全阀按规定准时送检。
5.Be responsible for heat reservation and maintenance of steam pipes in boiler room, kitchens and laundry room, and painting renewal for water supply pipes in boiler room and heat exchanger room. 
负责做好锅炉房区和各厨房、洗衣房区的蒸汽管道的保温维修工作以及锅炉房区，生活热交换房的供水管道的油漆补刷工作。
6.Be responsible for the supply of hot water, patrol and check daily-life heat exchangers and hot-water-circulation pumps every shift, fix minor malfunctions on time, report interior pipe abnormality in daily-life hot-water-circulation pumps and heat exchangers to Duty Engineer and other related engineers on time. 
负责生活热水供应，每班做好高、低区生活热水交换器和热交水循环泵的巡检。及时处理小毛病，及时向值班工程师、专业工程师反映生活热水循环泵，热交换器内部列管的异常情况。
7.Control energy by every effort, take initiative to provide suggestions for energy control, and follow instructions of water temperature setting for heat exchanger in winter
最大限度地控制能源消耗，积极建议和服从冬季采暖热交换器的水温设定指令。

任职要求 Qualification
1.Technical vocational institute training in general boiler repairs & maintenance.
正规锅炉职业学校毕业，专业掌握机械维修和维护知识。
2.Min 3 years working experience in a 5-Star hotel as relevant position, preferably from international hotel chains.
至少三年以上五星级酒店同岗位工作经验,最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验。
Trade Test Certificate from the local recognizedauthorities or equivalent.
3.Trade Test Certificate from the local recognized authorities or equivalent.
由当地认可机构所颁发的相关行业之技能测试合格证书。
4.Good command of communication and coordination.
