职位描述 Job description
1.Formulate the preventive programs. Supervise and ensure the work done to meet the hotel standards.
按上司指派执行预防性保养维修工作,监督和确保工作完成的质量符合酒店要求。
2.Be responsible for staff technical training and exam termly. 
定期对员工进行技术培训及考核。
3.To ensure all repaired works to be achieved to the original qualities. 
保证各项修理工作达到原来质量。
4.To repair or renew guest room furniture and fixtures.
修理或整新客房家具及固定装置。
5.Writing tables, tea tables, chairs, beds and casters, head boards, beside tables, baggage rack, upholsters, wardrobe and shelves etc.
写字台,茶几,椅子, 床与轮, 床头板,床头柜,行李架,沙发,衣柜及搁板。
6.Wallpaper, ceiling, window locks and seal, day/night curtain rails, picture hooks, mirror, doors, carpets and room skirts.
墙纸, 天花, 窗锁及窗封,日/夜窗帘,画钩, 镜子,门, 地毯及脚板。
7.Door locks, door stoppers, door chains. Eye views, wardrobe hinging rods and hooks etc.
门锁,门堵,门链, 门镜,衣橱挂衣杆及钩等。
8.Replacement of floor tile, wall tile or vinyl tile.
更换地/墙砖,塑地板。
9.Repair leaking wall and brick work.
补修漏墙及砌砖工作。
10.To repair all publicarea (lobby, restaurants, toilers and back of the house) and offices furnitureand Fixtures: Chairs, stools, tables, doors, and closers. Picture hooks,mirrors, racks and shelves, cupboards, trolleys, carpeting, wooden skirting,corridor wall protectors. Partitions upholsters and ceiling etc.
修理所有公共区域(大堂,餐厅,厕所等)及办公室家具与固定装置: 椅子,矮椅, 桌子,门及金刚,画钩,镜子, 架子及搁板,橱子,手推车及木器,木制饰物,走廊墙壁护板,隔断,沙发及天花等。

任职要求 Qualification
1.Vocational institute in building maintenance.
装潢专业职业学校毕业。
2.Min. 5 years in building maintenance trades or interior renovation. Well verge with the local building codes.
至少5年建筑维修经验或内部装修经验。熟悉当地建筑条例。
3.Good command of communication and coordination.
娴熟的沟通和协调能力。
