岗位描述：
Job Description:
1.协助市场销售总监制定年度市场计划。
1.Assist in drawing up the marketing plan annually with the Director of Sales and Marketing.
2.准备每周预测报表， 调整各市场分额的房间分配和价格策略， 通过价格和住房率分析将收入最大化。
2.Produce a demand forecast weekly; deploy transient/group inventory restrictions and pricing strategies, designed to maximize revenue from a rate and occupancy perspective.
3.确保酒店各市场分类最佳搭配，最大限度提高收益及利润率。
3.Ensure that the hotel has the optimal mix to maximize revenues and profitability.
4.确保所有细分市场的最优定价，特别是针对公司客户，团队客户及散客。
4.Ensure optimal pricing for all market segments, specifically focusing on Corporate, Groups and retail.
5.按雅高集团的要求制定价格体系。
5.Implement pricing as per Accor’ pricing policies.
6.确保价格体系按照集团要求体现在相关销售渠道，包括集团网站，第三方和全球预定系统。
6.Ensure that pricing decisions are appropriately folded into the distribution channel strategies of the hotel, specifically for brand websites, third parties and GDS.

8.监督团队预定情况，确保团队预定的截止时间、分房清单、控制团队房间预定（确认取消及减少情况），从而确保对其良好的管控。
8.Oversee the management of group block activity. Ensure that group cut-off dates, rooming lists, group block activity (i.e., pick up, attrition) are being well managed.
9.从最大化酒店收入的角度通过分析给出管理层决策的建议。
9.Pro-actively identify and analyze business opportunities from a net profit standpoint and make the appropriate business decisions and advice the Director of Sales & Marketing and General Manager / Resident Manager e.g. comparing wedding business with a business meeting with rooms.
10.监控以保持市场分类策略的一致性和最佳价格体系。
10.Monitor to maintain consistency with property level inventory strategies and align with best available rate pricing philosophy.
11.分析各销售渠道的产量包括集团网、全球预定系统和第三方。
11.Analyze channel performance both, Accor channels (brand website, GDS) and third parties.

Job Requirements:
1.大专以上文化程度，熟练掌握和运用英语，在相同星级酒店工作经验。
1.Diploma or above, proficiency in English, working experience in the same star hotel.
2.外表端庄大方，身体健康、干净整洁。
2. Appearance is dignified and generous, healthy, clean and tidy.
3.善于与人交际，有亲和力，待人热情、友善，有礼貌，性格外向、机警灵活、工作勤奋。 
3. Good at socializing with people, affinity, treating people with warmth, friendliness and courtesy, outgoing, alert and flexible, hardworking. 
4.形象气质佳。
