岗位描述：
Job Description:
1.落实和执行酒店的政策和标准程序。保障酒店设备设施经济有效有序的运行。
1.To ensure that all Hotel polices & procedures are followed and implemented accordingly, Ensure hotel facilities economic efficient and orderly operation。
2.保证工程部工作符合当地和国家工程规定，并保证规定的职工准则在工作中得到坚持和执行。
2.To ensure that all local and national statutory regulations pertaining to engineering practices and related codes, as well as employment practices are adhered and compliance.
3.保证集团的政策和程序得到执行.

4.保证管理层和部门间有良好的沟通以及在工程方面向总经理提供专业的，建设性的意见确保完成酒店的战略目标和计划。
4.To ensure effective communication between the management and the department and to provide a professional, advisory and executive support service to the General Manager to assist in formulating strategic goals and plan.
5.培养和留住重要的人才并帮助和增加部门人才的多种技能。
5.To develop and maintain key personnel, facilitate and promote multitasking among associates.
6.管理，控制和跟进工程部运行成本，并分析预算差距及时采取整改措施。
6.To monitor, control and track all operating expenses and analyses budget variations and made remedial action.
7.与当地的权威执法部门如：消防局、卫生防疫站、环保局、广播电视局、煤气公司，供暖公司、电信局、自来水公司、劳动局保持良好关系。
7.To establish contact and good rapport with local authorities; fire bureau, health & hygiene, environment protection, AV control, gas supply, steam supply, electricity, water supply, labor bureau etc.
8.建立、执行和完善维修工作程序确保日常维修工作的顺利进行。维修工作程序包括申请、报告、分配、时间安排、跟进、成本计算、沟通、回馈和维修记录保存。
8.To develop, implement and maintain work order system to address routine repairs. Work order procedures developed must address requesting work, reporting work, recording, assignment planning, scheduling, execution, follow up, cost center accounting, communication / feedback of work done and historical record keeping.

岗位要求：
Job Requirements:
1. 在国际品牌酒店拥有至少3年相同职位的工作经验，有筹备酒店工程经验。
1.Possess at least 3 years of experience in the same position in an international branded hotel with experience in preparing hotel projects.
2. 英语和中文读写流利。
2. Fluent in English and Chinese reading and writing.
3. 良好的人际关系和沟通技巧。
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. 雅高集团相关工程管理工作经验优先考虑。
4.Relevant engineering management experience in the Accor Group is preferred.
