Major Tasks & Activities:
1. Receiving leasing enquiries and conduct on site inspections.
2. Participating in leasing discussions.
3. Assisting in Legal docs preparations (LOI/TA, etc).
4. Follow up on fit out schedule and progress.
5. Follow up on POS agt and other licence agt signing.
6. Follow up on Permits & Licences obtaining and renewal upon expiry.
7. Follow up on handover and takeover.
8. Follow up on arrears chasing.
9. Keep good relationship with Tenants on daily operation.
10. Keep close contact with other Depts in order to provide high quality service to Tenants.
11. Assisting in Regular Reports &Summaries preparation.
12. Conducting market research and prepare relevant reports.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
1. BA degree or above, 2yr min. working experience incl. 1yr min. in Retail leasing & mgt.
2. Fluent in both English and Chinese and both written and oral.
3. Like to deal with people, good at negotiation, proactive and confident.
4. A good team player.
5. Service mindset towards tenants and stakeholders.
6. Familiar with windows, word, excel, PPT, etc.

三亚太古里（暂定）2022年11月，太古地产宣布与全球***免税运营商中国旅游集团中免股份有限公司（“中免股份”）的全资子公司中免投资发展有限公司（ “中免投资”）在海南省三亚市合作发展一个零售地标项目。该新项目位于三亚海棠湾国家海岸中心地带，是太古地产于中国内地的第八个发展项目。合作双方已成立合资公司，计划把用地发展为一座以零售为主导的优质度假型商业项目，包括地下停车场及其它配套设施。该新项目位于海棠区三亚国际免税城三期地块，总占地面积约20万平方米。项目周边交通十分便利，距离三亚凤凰机场及三亚站的车程均在一小时以内。项目将通过行人步道与三亚国际免税城二期（有税）联通，并连接国内领先的免税商业综合体三亚国际免税城一期。
