1. Deal with staff related payroll and benefit issue.

2. Focus on C&B operation such as payroll processing, social insurance and housing fund, HRMS, leave, labor contract and commercial insurance.

Major Tasks & Activities:

1. Responsible for the entire process of payroll including salary data collection, calculation, payout, tax declaration and related reports output. Ensure timely and accurate execution of payroll & tax process, align with local compliance.
负责薪资模块的工作执行,包括薪资数据的采集,计算及发放;纳税申报及相关数据报表的制作,保证工资、税收流程及时、准确实施,并确保符合法律法规以及当地政策的要求。
2. Responsible for social insurance and housing fund matters.
负责社保和公积金的核算和缴纳工作;
3.Manage other C&B operation such as leave process, attendance, labor contract renewal, data maintenance of payroll system, staff’s filling.
管理其他薪酬业务,包括但不限于:休假流程管理、考勤管理、劳动合同续签、工资系统数据维护,以及员工信息的填写和存档等;
4. As the power user of HRMS, manage HR information system running smoothly and optimize the system through the insight of daily practice.
作为人力资源管理系统的管理者,通过日常的操作,确保系统的平稳运行和系统的优化,以达到管理效果;
5. Carry out the recruitment workflow, and coordinate the procedures of employee recruitment, entry, resignation, transfer, promotion and handle the relevant procedures of annual labor inspection, transfer insurance and provident fund payment.
执行招聘工作流程的开展,包括:协调员工招聘、入职、离职、调任、晋升;以及处理公司用工年审、社保转移、公积金缴纳等相关手续;
6. Make sure the personnel files are in compliance with applicable legal requirements and records of employee are up-to-date.
确保人力资源档案的归档和管理,符合法律规定,确保员工信息的准确性和时效性;
7. Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests for employee and assist with related government benefit application.
为员工提供专业的人力资源问题解答和政策咨询及政府福利的协助办理;
8. Take charge of work permit application for secondee or foreign staff in time; Provide general coordination for secondee and foreign staff relocations (such as assistance in housing and transportation) and accommodation registration in local police station.
负责外派及外籍人员的工作许可申请以及搬迁协助工作(例如,住房、交通等方面的协助),并及时完成在当地派出所的外籍人员住宿登记等工作;
9. Other ad hoc duties.
完成直属上级交办的其他工作。
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
职位要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 year+ of relevant working experience.
本科及以上学历,至少2年以上相关工作经验;
2. Good command of PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
精通电脑和各种办公软件的操作,包括Word、Excel和PowerPoint;
3. Excellent command in written and spoken English.
