Main Functions工作职责
OPERATIONS  运营 
1. Pick up bar bank and guest checks from prescribed area.
摆设吧台，准备帐单。
2. Set up bar—unlocking liquor, icing, glassware, juices, & garnishes setup.
布置吧台—准备酒、饮料、玻璃器皿、果汁和装饰物。
3. Accept drink orders from servers in proper calling order via Micros to keep bar service at optimum level of service for our guests.
通过Micros系统接受服务员的订单，以保证酒吧服务。
4. Double check the Micros dupes for correct number and name of drinks ordered; no drinks to be made without Micros dupes.
要核查Micros系统的数据和品名，没有Micros系统的点单不能出饮料。
5. Total compliance with conditions as outlined in beverage service personnel work agreement.
要遵循所同意的饮料服务人员指导大纲。
6. All cocktails are to be made in accordance with Marriott standard beverage manual and Marriott bar guide, using the standard jigger at all times.
所有鸡尾酒的制作应符合万豪的酒水标准，任何时候都要使用标准的量杯。
7. Be able to operate Micros POS terminal. No voids or deletions without prior management approval.
能操做Micros POS机，没有经批准不能取消帐单上的内容。
8. Follow the standard cash handling procedures.
遵循现金操作程序。
9. Day bartender will receive and check liquor against previous night’s requisitions. Any discrepancies with the receiving order should be brought to the attention of the beverage manager. Night bartender will requisition liquor with the posted the bar sheets. 
白班调酒员根据头天晚班调酒员的定单记录提货和检查酒的数量，有出入要向经理报告，晚班调酒员填写酒类提货申请。
10. At no time leave the bar area unless properly relieved by a manager, supervisor or another bartender.
除非有经理、主管或其他的调酒师在，否则不能离开酒吧间。
11. Responsible for mopping floors, emptying trash cans and general sanitation to include: speed rails, counters, melting ice in bins, and wiping all stainless.
负责拖地、清空垃圾箱和一般的卫生，包括清洁酒吧扶手，柜台，冰桶和清洁不锈钢器皿。
12. Have available the Marriott beverage manual & the Marriott bar guide, beverage department standard operating procedures, sanitation checklist.
了解万豪酒吧的指导方针，酒水部门的运营标准，及卫生标准。
13. Night bartender will be responsible for bar security in his/her area.
上夜班的调酒员要负责自己所在区域的安全。
14. Perform any reasonable requests made by management, which are not life-threatening or against the law.
在不危及生命或违反法律的情况下，完成管理层分配的其他工作要求。        
15. Ensure the awareness & enforcement of all Marriott \ Renaissance S.O.P.’s & Property     L.S.O.P.’s, comply the “ Clean As You Go” policy.
确保了解并执行万豪的SOP和酒店的LSOP原则。
16. Enforce operational Standards that are periodically reviewed & updated, maintain a smooth daily operation in the restaurant.
确保运营标准的周期性回顾与更新。
17. Be responsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.
始终确保部门的安全和卫生标准。
18. Enforce Marriott’s 70-point sanitation checklist by having all outlets inspected on a monthly basis.
执行万豪的70条卫生标准，每月对部门进行检查。
19. Be responsible for asset management of all outlet property and facilities.
负责本部门的所有固定资产和流动资产。
20. Assist the follow-up after the maintenance inspection on a day basis.
做好每日预防性的维修检查。
21. Enforce Marriott’s Principles of Hospitality at all times.
始终贯彻万豪热情好客的原则。
22.    Attend the 15-minute Briefing and Taste Panel to understand the direction of the department \ hotel and better up-selling technique.
	积极参加每日15分钟培训,了解部门的促销技能。
Safety Awareness 安全提示：
Maintain safety by adhering to safest policies, being responsible to report all accidents immediately. Support all safety programs. Proceed with caution when walking on slippery floors.
Ensure proper safety instructions are given before operating any equipment.
要保障安全须严格遵守安全法规，与异常情况须及时上报。建立、支持所有的安全方案。行走在湿滑地面上要留意。在操作设备之前，确保已了解了安全说明
Any other duties as may be assigned from supervisor.
完成领导交代的其他工作职责。
