Main Functions工作职责
1. Design 设计
a.	To set up work schedule according to the request and suggestion from Communication Manager.
	根据市场宣传工作需求，建立工作日程
b.	Coordinate with other departments on the exact requirements for promotional and operational materials.
	协调同其他部门为促销和运营需求制作宣传物料
c.	Be certain that all designs are done according to the hotel guidelines and standards.
	确保酒店所有设计和制作物料符合集团和品牌标准
d. Assist with displaying promotional materials.
	协助展示促销宣传资料
2. Production of printing materials 制作
a.	Assist in coordinating with suppliers on the exact requirements including colours, type of paper and materials.
	帮助协调与供应商的确认需求，包括颜色，材质和物料 
b.	Assist Communication Manager in ensuring that all printed materials are up to requirements and are in high standards.
	协助公关经理确保印刷品的高品质。
c.	Responsible for the colour proofing of all printings.
	负责所有印刷品的颜色校对。
3. Suppliers 支持
	a.	Work with Purchasing Department to source printers for promotional materials.
	与采购部一起筛选印刷品制作的供应商
4. Office Etiquette & Business Ethics 办公礼仪和商业道德
i.	Properly dressed in uniform with the general appearance according to the hotel standard. 
	注意自己的仪容仪表
j.	Conduct business according to the hotel guidelines and local law. 
	遵纪守法
k. Compliance to the standards set up for the PR operation including telephone handling, punctuality, hotel rules, regulations and LSOPs.
按照标准维护公关部的运作包括电话礼仪，按时上班，酒店规定，员工手册，和LSOPs.
5. Any other dutis as may be assigned from supervisor
