Main Functions工作职责
1. Fire Safety Equipment & System Testing消防安全设备和系统测
l Carrying out “in house” testing of the system with Duty Engineering as nominated by the Director of Engineering/Chief Engineer, in accordance with the standard of “Fire Safety Plan”.
和由工程总监/首席工程师指定的值班工程师一起，根据“消防安全预案”的标准进行“内部”测试。
l Supervising all specialist contractor with Duty Engineering testing of systems identified by the Director of Engineering/Chief Engineer, in accordance with the standard of “Fire Safety Plan”
和由工程总监/首席工程师指定的值班工程师和专业技师一起，根据“消防安全预案”的标准对所有系统测试进行监督。
l Ensuring we have valid authorities certificates at all times.保证酒店有所有的政府发放的证书。
Note: “Fire Safety Plan” was drafted by each hotel which meets the JW Marriott Standard and local requirement
注意：“消防安全预案”由各酒店起草，并符合万豪集团的标准和当地的特殊要求。

2. Fire Safety Training消防安全培训
l Conducting orientation training in “Fire Emergency Procedures” for new staff.
给新入职的员工在入职培训时进行“消防紧急程序”的培训。
l Promoting safety awareness for all hotel employees.
提高所有酒店员工的安全意识。
l Conducting refresher training for all staffs.
给所有的员工进行复训。
l Ensuring training of the “Emergency Response Team” is to a high standard and includes “hands on” use of all relevant fire fighting equipments.
确保“紧急响应小组”人员接受高标准的的培训，包括所有与消防有关的设备的使用。
l Liaise with local Fire Department to participate in training and fire drills
和当地消防队联系，让其参与到培训和消防演习中。
l Ensuring that fire drills are carried out in accordance with “Fire Safety Plan” guidelines, including evacuation drills
确保消防演习按照“消防安全预案”的指导方针进行，包括疏散演习。
l Recommending methods for improving performance & response to fire safety issues including fire drills.
提出加强消防安全问题绩效和响应的方法，包括消防演习。
l Maintaining records of all training, fire drill tests and commendation for improvements.
保留所有消防培训、消防演习/测试和改进建议的记录。

3. Fire & Smoke Compartmentation消防和风烟系统的划分
Ensure maintenance of the integrity of fire & smoke compartmentation by:
确保消防和风烟系统的集成维护：
l Initial detailed familiarization of fire & smoke compartmentation requirements in the hotel.
熟悉酒店对于消防和风烟系统划分的详细要求。
l Subsequent supervision & monitoring of any breaches in these requirements and reporting these in writing within 12 hours.
监管任何的违规现象，并在12小时内进行书面报告。

4. Escape Ways逃生通道
Ensure that fire stairs and escape ways are unobstructed and clear of flammable materials by:
确保消防楼梯和逃生通道畅通，并且没有易燃物的堆放：
l Reporting in writing within 12 hours when “breaches” in requirement are observed.
发现“违反”规定的情况要在12小时进行内书面报告。
l Monitoring and reporting on corrective measures.
监督并报告改正措施。
l Ensuring that all fire safety signage, be it illuminated or otherwise, is correctly maintained.
确保所有的消防安全标志（照明及其他）正常工作和定期维护。
l Appropriate fire doors are “unlocked” at all times. Immediately arranging for doors to be unlocked and filling a report or the incident.
消防门要随时保持畅通。如有问题，要立即将门打开，并填写报告。

5. Fire Safety Plan消防安全预案
Ensure that standards identified in the plan are applied by:
消防安全预案内规定的实施标准：
l Initial reviewing of plan and subsequently identifying any deviations from listed requirements.
对预案内容进行初步的复审，找出不符合规定的内容。
l Recommending action needed any carrying out such remedial works when instructed.
当需要采取补救措施时，提供相关行动建议。
l Monitoring & reporting in writing on remedial actions, including program.
监督补救措施的实行，并进行书面报告，包括相关程序的改进。
l Ensuring the “Fire Safety Plan” is updated and meets the special needs for this hotel.
确保“消防安全预案”的及时更新，及符合本酒店的特殊需求。

6. Interfacing With Loss Prevention And Engineering Department和安全部及工程部协调工作
l Ensure smooth co-ordination and operation of all activities where “Fire Safety” is interfaced with “Security”.
当“消防安全”与“安全部”相关时，要确保良好的协调与合作。
l Informing and coordinating with Loss Prevention at all times where fire safety related issues impact on functions carried out by the Loss Prevention. (Particularly when the fire control room is controlled and operated by the Loss Prevention.)
随时通知并协调安全部与其职能相关的消防安全条款。（特别是当消控中心是由安全部负责操作。）

7. New Projects & Alteration Works更新和改进项目
Ensure that basic fire safety requirements applicable to the existing building are extended or included by:
确保符合或提升现有消防安全的基本要求：
l Conducting inspections during renovations to check that Fire Safety Standards are maintained during construction.
在设备更新时进行检查，确保在施工时符合消防安全标准。
l New “work” as implemented complies with local codes & regulations based on reviews with authorities and consultants.
咨询当地政府部门和顾问，确保新“工作”符合当地的法律法规。

8. Authorities政府部门
Ensure a good working relationship with relevant authorities by:
和相关政府部门保持良好的工作关系：
l Regular follow up, meetings and discussions with authorities involved in fire safety issues, inspections and regulations.
与消防安全有关的政府部门保持联系，定期召开会议或进行讨论。

9. Grooming And Hygiene仪容和卫生
Adhere to the specified hygiene and personal appearance standards of the hotel.
遵守酒店关于卫生和员工仪容仪表的要求。

10. Attendance出勤
Adhere to the set procedures for attendance and time keeping.
遵守出勤和考勤制度。

11. Company Policies And Procedures公司政策和程序
Adhere to the provisions outlined in the Employee’s Handbook Disciplinary Code and Rules and Regulations.
遵守员工手册内的列出的规章制度。

12. Environmental Awareness环境保护
l Reduce waste to supplies and materials by reusing or selling.
循环利用或出售耗材以减少浪费。
l Recycle, when possible.
尽可能的回收废弃物品
l Conserve water and energy by adhering to environmental / energy conservation checklist appropriate for her area.
根据环保节能的要求节约使用周边区域的水和能源。

13. Guiding Principles指导原则

14. Any other duties as may be assigned from supervisor.
