SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任務 :
- Arrange appointments and meetings for the General Manager, record same in diary and ensure the General Manager has the appropriate documentation for each appointment

- Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures

- Ensure all reporting and servicing deadlines are met on a timely basis
