岗位职责：

1、迎接问候VIP宾客，在宾客面前随时保持整洁友好愉快的形象，确保自己的服饰、发型整洁、淡妆等方面全部符合规定的要求。

2、熟悉VIP资料，了解客情，尤其要记住即将来店的贵宾、常客的姓名。
3、熟练掌握店内外信息，向宾客提供礼貌周全的服务。
4、了解餐厅的相关工作，可独立自助完成工作内容。

5、对于宾客的要求、不满和需要及时做出回应及时向部门经理汇报。

岗位要求：

1、酒店、旅游管理、航空铁路乘务等相关专业毕业，大专或以上学历；

2、一年以上相关工作经验，形象优气质佳；

3、具备良好的主动服务意识，善于建立人际关系，亲和力强；

4、有高星酒店相关工作经验优先考虑；
