岗位职责：
1.提前了解宴会厅每日活动订单和工作日志，和市场部门及活动举办单位及时沟通活动细节，配合宴会厅经理协调宴会活动。
2.检查员工到岗情况，在活动开始前为团队成员合理有序分配工作，带领员工根据客户的需求摆台布场。
3.做好员工的培训带教工作，帮助员工不断提高业务技能，能为各种活动做好台型图及设备方面的准备。
4.工作结束后检查宴会所有区域，确保厅房和各种设备设施的正确摆放并干净整洁。
5.做好员工的考勤考核工作。

岗位要求：
1.男女不限，中专及以上学历，具有资深宴会主管/宴会厅副经理岗工作经验。

2.全面掌握各种类型活动的摆台方法，能对宴会服务进行专业的培训和指导。

3.具有较好的中西餐宴会服务知识，工作有责任心，有上进心，有一定的团队管理技巧。

4.身体健康，品貌端正，吃苦耐劳，能承受一定的工作压力。
