【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店宾客关系的日常维护与管理，确保为客人提供优质、个性化的服务体验；
2、主动与客人沟通，了解其需求及反馈，及时协调相关部门解决问题，提升客户满意度；
3、处理客人投诉及突发事件，确保问题得到高效、妥善的解决，维护酒店品牌形象；
4、建立并完善客户档案，定期分析客户需求及行为习惯，为酒店服务优化提供数据支持；
5、协助策划并执行客户关怀活动，增强客户忠诚度及复购率；
6、与前台、客房、餐饮等部门紧密协作，确保服务流程顺畅，提升整体运营效率；
7、定期提交宾客关系分析报告，为管理层提供决策参考。
【岗位要求】
1、具备良好的沟通能力与服务意识，能够灵活应对各类客户需求；
2、具有较强的应变能力与抗压能力，能够妥善处理突发情况；
3、性格开朗、亲和力强，善于与不同背景的客人建立良好关系；
4、具备团队协作精神，能够与各部门高效配合；
5、对酒店行业有热情，愿意长期从事客户服务工作；
6、熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel等），具备基本的数据分析能力；
7、有酒店或服务行业相关经验者优先，无经验者可接受培训上岗。

Built to five-star standards, it is Yinchuan’s first hotel themed around modernity, fashion, and art.With fashion as its core theme, the hotel features a contemporary and avant-garde décor that harmoniously blends nature and art, creating an atmosphere full of vitality. Abundant postmodern design elements and abstract artistic touches contribute to a distinctive, sensory-rich environment that is both stylish and personal.The hotel has a total floor space of 24,000 square meters.
