工作职责

3．遵守酒店的标准及程序。
4．保持高标准的个人卫生及形象。
5．确保正确安全的使用饼房所有装备、机器和工具,， 保持厨房、冷库等地方高标准的清洁与卫生。
6．熟知菜单并参与培训新入职员工。
7．参加所有相应级别的培训。
8．协助接收和储存物品。
9．清洁并保养西点设备及饼房工作区域。
10．与不同部门员工和同事有效沟通. 在团队有效工作。
11．协助做好推出蛋糕和发酵食品，冷, 热甜品。
12．协助准备、储存自助餐西点食品。
13．指导西点房新员工工作。
