工作职责
对预定销售作出指导：
1．监督管理整个部门及每名员工的工作，以达到指定目标。
2．与预订人员沟通房态，销售战略，促销活动及其它酒店活动。
3．密切关注员工要求，包括注意预订部每位员工的工作量及员工排班，满足运作需求。
4．确保所有预订的准确性，在预订客人到达之前。
5．跟催抵达团队的预定信息（例如：名单，结账方式等）。
6．确保佣金需求被正确，及时的跟进。
7．向部门员工作定期培训，并且不断的更新预订手册。
8．在有需要的情况下，帮助员工提高工作表现以使客人满意。
9．依照集团的成功宗旨培养发展属下员工。
10．以专业的方式与其他部门合作，培育和谐氛围并全面提高工作流程。
优化：
11．执行并保持预订部的各种促销战略来推进销售成果。
12．通过执行房间控制和销售战略，实现收益目标。
13．控制价格结构。
14．设计餐饮部，宴会部的相关收入管理工具（例如：数据采集，电子数据表，定价等）扩大酒店收益。
预测需要：
15．协助收益管理总监，做每日预测及不同市场划分预测。
16．推进预测会议，以沟通预测结果并调整战略。
17．协助收益管理总监筹措发展商业计划和酒店预算计划。
18．完成上级交代的其他任务。
任职要求
1．学士学位或持有酒店业相关大专资格认证，如酒店管理类认证。
2．至少有1-2年的在国际连锁酒店的商业市场部门（包括前台，预订和销售部）的工作经验。
3．优秀的中英文书写与会话能力。
4．优秀的人际关系沟通能力。
5．具备带领团队独立工作的能力。
6．创新及自我激励。
7．较好的组织能力。
