该岗位工作地点为 山西省吕梁市柳林县
1.在上级领导，或总经理的领导下，全而负责食品的制作，控制厨房出品。
2.制定厨房曾理制度,服务标准,操作规程，制定各岗位职责，了解名岗位人员的技术水平和专长，合理安排工作岗位，确保厨房工作的正常运作。
3.制定各餐厅菜单和厨房菜谱，确定出品价格，控制成本费用，保持良好的毛利率。
4.亲自收集客人对食品质量的意见，了解餐厅经理,餐厅主管对市场行情的看法，不断研制,创制新菜式，推出时令菜式，推广特别介绍。
5.熟悉原材料种类、产地、特点、价格，熟悉时令品种，掌握货源供应质量、价格，对重要宴会的货物采购，要亲自与采购部联系、并亲自验收。
6.巡视各厨房工作情况，组织大型宴会的食品制作，合理调派人力和技术力量，统筹各个工作环节。
7.把好生产安全质量关。
8.检查各厨房设备运转情况和餐具、食材使用情况，制定年度采购计划。
9.每周检查各厨房原料使用和库存情况，防止物资积压超过保质期，防止变质和短缺。制订原料采购计划，把控原料的进货质量。
10.加强与楼而及有关部门之间的配合，协调好工作、处理重要投诉。
11.主持厨房日常工作，确保正常运作，不断提高出品质量,提高营业和利润。
12.有针对性地组织厨师外出学习重视新知识新技术的运用和推广。
13.制定烹饪技术的培训计划，亲自负责培训工作，提高厨师的技艺,保持酒店的菜品特色。
14.亲自负责对主要业务骨干的招聘，想办法引进有一定客户支持的有专长的技术人才，关心员工的工作和生活，及时提供必要的工作指导和帮助,切实调动他们的积极性。
15.抓好设备设施的维修保养、确保各种设施处于完好状态，防止发生事故。
16.严格执行消防操作规程，定期组织检查消防防火器具，做好防火安全工作。
17.精通烹饪知识，通晓食品生产加工过程，按工序工艺要求，妥善安排各个环节的工作，组织和开展各种食品的促销活动。
18.熟知全国各地区各民族的饮食习惯、偏好和进餐方式,熟知货源、存放保管、加工知识和技术。
