【岗位职责】
1.拓展本地及区域企业客户资源，聚焦商务差旅、会议团建等需求，完成企业协议签约；
2.维护核心企业客户关系，定期回访对接，响应预订调整、服务反馈等需求，提升客户粘性；
3.制定企业客户专属销售方案，联动客房、宴会等部门保障服务落地；
4.带领团队完成酒店既定营收指标，重点攻坚企业客户、旅行社、会展公司等核心渠道；
5.开发高端散客、商务协议客户、大型会议活动等新业务资源；
6.指导下级销售经理开展客户开发、客房销售工作，提升团队业务能力；
7.配合市场传讯完成品牌推广、主题营销活动，整合销售资源扩大效果；
8.联动前厅部、客房部、宴会部等，协调客户服务需求，保障服务质量闭环。
【岗位要求】
1.5年以上酒店销售相关工作经验，其中3年以上企业客户销售或客房销售专项经验，具备销售管
理岗位经验优先；
2.精通酒店客房产品、服务标准及预订系统操作；
3.掌握企业客户销售逻辑、谈判技巧及协议制定规范；
4.熟悉酒店行业市场动态、竞品情况及促销策略。
5.具备较强的客户开发、关系维护及商务谈判能力；
6.拥有团队管理、目标拆解及业务指导能力；
7.具备数据敏感度，能通过数据分析优化销售策略；
8.抗压性强，具备良好的跨部门沟通协调及问题解决能力。
