招聘客房夜班服务员_东方茂（北京）酒店管理有限公司招聘信息-最佳东方

【岗位职责】

1、检查房态并记录，为房间补足酒水与日用消耗品，将送餐桌或托盘从房间内撤出。

2、汇报房间内是否有损坏物品，报告房间内需要维修的问题。

3、汇报有可疑行为的客人，汇报房间遗失物品，汇报是否有客人私占的酒店公有物品。

4、上交给楼层主管拾到物品，为客房做清理后的最后检查。

5、填写客房服务员每日报表、检查住客房客人的洗衣并通知洗衣房

6、为客人收洗衣并送至洗衣房、帮助洗衣部人员开客房门送洗衣

7、当客人刚入住时为客人准备欢迎茶水

8、依据客人具体要求放置婴儿床加床板变压器吹风机等，检查并记录酒水消耗量补入新的酒水

9、完成楼层主管交给的额外任务
