1.建立及完成人力资源部年度目标计划。
2.建立、保持及保证执行所有人力资源部政策及执行程序。
3.以礼貌、专业、迅速有效的态度解决客人及员工投诉。
4.进行本地员工工资及福利调查，提出员工福利计划。
5.负责协助酒店总经理，按照总部标准及要求进行人力资源管理工作。
6.负责实施总部安排的培训并跟进部门的培训工作。
7.为酒店经理级管理团队的其他成员提供行政支持工作。
8.做好酒店重大决议及酒店信息资料的保密工作，维护公司稳定性。
9.负责各部门培训计划的落实及新员工入职培训的展开，每月评估效果并根据酒店实际经营情况安排学习时间。
10.负责酒店员工关系的维护，组织定期员工与管理层的对话以获取员工反馈。
11.协助总经理依法处理员工事务，避免劳动纠纷的产生。
