【岗位职责】

(1) 负责酒店员工制服的收发、清洗、熨烫和修补工作，保证制服的整洁、完好与及时供应。

(2) 建立并完善制服管理台账，详细记录每一件制服的领用、归还、损耗等信息，定期进行盘点，确保账物相符。

(3) 根据酒店各部门员工的岗位变动和人员增减情况，及时调整制服的配备，办理制服的新增、更换和回收手续。

(4) 与洗衣房或外部洗衣供应商保持密切沟通与协作，跟进制服的洗涤质量和进度，对洗涤过程中出现的问题及时反馈并协调解决。

(5) 负责制服房的日常清洁与整理工作，维护制服房的环境卫生和物品摆放秩序，确保工作环境安全、整洁。

(6) 对制服的材质、款式和尺码等提出合理的改进建议，以提高员工穿着的舒适度和制服的实用性。

(7) 完成上级领导交办的其他与制服管理相关的工作任务。

【岗位要求】

(1) 不限专业，高中及以上学历，有服装洗涤、整理或相关服务行业工作经历 1 年及以上。

(2) 熟悉各类衣物的洗涤、熨烫和修补技巧，了解常见面料的特性和保养方法。

(3) 具备基本的计算机操作能力，能够使用简单的办公软件记录和统计制服信息。

(4) 有良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够与酒店各部门员工有效沟通，及时满足制服需求。

(5) 工作细致、有责任心，具备较强的团队协作精神，能够在规定时间内高效完成工作任务。
