【岗位职责】
1、确保通过有效的管理使得水疗温泉部的所有服务都能达到最大的专业及效率;
Ensure that all services of Spa and Spa Department can achieve maximum professionalism and efficiency through effective management;
2、监督及管理所有日常运作事项;
Supervise and manage all daily operational matters;
3、保持及加强良好内外关系达到客人满意度;
Maintain and strengthen good internal and external relations to achieve customer satisfaction;
4、监督部门服务标准,确保达到或超出客人所预期的;
Supervise the service standards of the department to ensure that they meet or exceed the expectations of the guests;
5、参与准备部门年度预算;
Participate in preparing the annual budget of the department;
6、确保部门开支得当,严格控制部门预算及成本,减少支出;
Ensure proper departmental expenditures, strictly control departmental budgets and costs, and reduce expenditures;
7、确保员工向客人传达专业的印象和友善的气质增加满意度;
Ensure that employees convey professional impression and friendly temperament to guests to increase satisfaction;
8、关心员工福利、安全、培训、发展及通过有效交流,建立效能、多产的员工团队;
Care about employee welfare, safety, training and development, and establish an effective and productive employee team through effective communication;
9、确保员工对温泉部门及酒店的规章制度、政策、程序都全面的了解;
Ensure that employees have a comprehensive understanding of the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the hot spring department and the hotel;
10、为新员工进行入职培训课程;对现有员工定期做进修课程。
Conduct induction training courses for new employees; Regular refresher courses for existing employees.
【职位要求】
1、同岗位相关工作经验2年及以上;
At least 2 years related working experience in the same position;
2、强大的组织技能;
Strong organizational skills;
3、良好的领导能力,鼓励和发展个人合作;
Good leadership skills, encourage and develop personal cooperation;
4、良好的行政能力。
Good administrative ability.
