岗位职责:
1、 处理客人的预定,引导客人水疗的理念;
Handle the guest's reservation and guide the guest's idea of spa treatment;
2、 通过系统懂得如何安排理疗师准备房间的时间;
Know how to arrange the time for the physical therapist to prepare the room through the system;
3、准备及布置前台区域,维持前台区域高标准的清洁度;
Prepare and arrange the front desk area, and maintain the high standard cleanliness of the front desk area;
4、为客人详细地介绍理疗项目及使用的产品;
Introduce the physical therapy items and products used in detail for the guests;
5、和店内外客人建立良好的客户关系。
Establish good customer relationship with guests inside and outside the store.
岗位要求:
1、有相关酒店工作经验优先考虑;
Relevant hotel working experience is preferred;
2、良好的沟通技能,良好的对客服务意识;
Good communication skills, good customer service awareness;
3、热情积极,执行力强,应变能力强。
