岗位职责:
1.独立组建后厨团队,并给团队创造高效、稳定、快乐的工作环境;
Set up the kitchen staff team independently, and create an efficient, stable and joyful working environment for the team.
2.负责整个厨房团队的组织、指挥、运转管理工作并建立相应岗位的SOP,确保后厨维持高效与高质的运营标准,为顾客提供优质的餐品服务;
Organize and manage the whole team, establish standard operating procedures. Ensure efficient and high-quality operating standards.
3.确保后厨采购货品的品质,建立验收品控与盘点自检流程,确保食品安全;
Ensure food safety and purchasing the goods quality, establish procedures for taking deliveries, par of inventory and inventory inspection.
4.善于管控计划成本与平衡实际成本,在保证餐品质量的前提下为公司创造最合理的经济收益;
Control planned costs and actual costs reasonable.
5.确保团队安全正确的使用厨房设备用具,及时更新添置计划,安排定时检查各项设备清洁保养以维持设备完好;
Update the purchase plan and ensure the team use kitchen equipment safely;
6.负责对后厨团队进行不断提高标准的持续培训,确保每一位同事具有与职责匹配的工作能力,对后厨团队的工作发展规划进行帮助;
Staff training and support team members with their development plan.
任职要求:
1.对菜单开发有天马行空的创造力与相匹配的落地能力;
Good creativity and solid ability to set up experiment to create new dishes
2-3年以上高端西餐厅主厨技术及管理经验;
At least 3 years above management experience in a high-end restaurant
3.优秀的行业敏感度和丰富的业内资源;
Excellent industry sensitivity and networking skills
4.高度的责任心;
Have a strong sense of responsibility
5.卓越的沟通技能和出色的执行力;
Good communication and execution ability
6.熟练使用办公软件;
Proficient with office software
8.英语基础沟通,有国外游学经验者优先;
Basic English communication skill, and have overseas study experience is preferred.
9.对高端餐饮品质美学的热情与追求;
Passion for high-end catering quality and aesthetics.

Ben Wu is the winner of the Andrew Martin international interior design award from mainland China, who’s also the founder of W. Design. He has a new collaboration with CHENGLONGHANG, a Michelin star restaurant in ShangHai. Together, We will bring the 30-seat Fine Dining restaurant “HAISHANG” to ShenZhen diners. Our team is exploring the idea of modern oriental. To us, finding the delicate balance point of taste, complexity and simplicity with an oriental sensibility in mind is key. Our style of cooking is diverse, by applying suitable techniques, we hope to achieve harmony that connects people in our space.
