Professional welcoming and sales oriented F&BService following the S.T.A.R. Service Experience Standards.
Assigned areas of responsibilities in any F&B outlet according to direction from management.
Ensure absolute cleanliness and order inaccordance with PH rules as well as department SOP’s and supervisors directions.
When working in teams with Waiters and Asst.Waiter the function is to provide support by being the link between the assistas well as being an additional guest resource
Follow service procedures according to SOP’s, Department Service Standards and all applicableSanitation and Safety standards at all times.
Setting up and maintaining all self-service buffetareas ensuring each item is associated with the correct label. Including, if soinstructed, working from behind the food lines.
Assisting food service behind the line asinstructed using waffle machine as well as serving ice cream and dessert.
Serving beverages during meal period as instructedby supervisors following company safe alcohol serving policies.
Working area is set up in accordance withdirection from supervisor and Manuals.
Provide support to the assigned station bycarrying large trays as the source of mice en place from and to differentoutlets
Prepare and perform F&B activities (i.e.cocktail parties, Tea Time, Café Lunch) and special events as assigned.
Cleaning of working areas, buffet lines operatingequipment in accordance with company rules and standards.
Cleaning and polishing equipment, glassware andflatware
All cleaning and fridge logs are updated daily orwhen applicable.
Responsible to follow direction from Managers,Supervisor and maintaining all Viking Ocean Standards.
Assist in other departments upon instruction fromsupervisors as required.
Keeping and storing of any assigned inventorystock in accordance with set par levels following safety and sanitation rulesand regulation.
Actively participate in onboard training programs.
Embarkation duty as directed, including luggageassistance, guest escorting and any other related duty.
Participate in loading as required and ondirection of supervisors.
