JOB DESCRIPTION
-Supervises that the personnel carry outassigned duties (i.e. cabin
cleaning and set-up), in order to providean excellent service, in
accordance with Company procedures
-Is responsible to maintain the assignedareas (including machineries and
tools) clean and tidy, to comply withCompany standards and rules
-Leads training sessions and follows up toensure the training is achieving
set goals, in accordance with Companydispositions
-Makes inventories, to guarantee thatinventory is aligned to warehouse
as per Company procedure
-Reports any malfunction and requestsmaintenance in the assigned area,
in order to provide a fast and effectiveintervention, in accordance with
Company procedures
-Handles and reports to the Superior Guestscomplaints and cooperates
with other Departments in order to ensurean excellent service and
provide a fast and effective solution, inaccordance with Company
standards and procedures
-Makes internal audits in order to verifythat anything is up to standard as
per Company procedures
-Verifies that luggage handling is carriedout in the proper way in order to
comply with Company procedures
-Supervises Cabin Steward lockers andpantries, in order to verify that
everything is compliant with Company rules,in accordance with
Company procedures
-Guarantees that different invitation cardsand treatments are duly
delivered to the cabin, in order to providea fast and courteous service
Supports or replaces other Assistants indifferent areas when needed, in
order to ensure a proper execution of anyactivity, in accordance with
Company procedures
-Supervises assembling / disassembling ofthe gangway, in order to
provide a duly service in accordance withCompany policies
Fills in a weekly report on safety andsanitation, in order to respect
safety and sanitation rules strictly, inaccordance with Company
procedures
-Collaborates with Assistant HousekeepingManager and Tour Supervisor
to prepare and organize luggage tags beforedisembarkation, in
accordance with Company procedures
-Performs other duties / tasks if requiredby Line Manager
