1. 负责财务部团队的日常管理，包括人员培训、工作分配等，提升团队专业能力和协作效率。
2. 牵头组织酒店年度预算的编制工作，分解预算指标至各营业部门，监督预算执行情况，定期分析预算与实际的差异，提出调整建议。
3. 监督成本控制工作，审核各部门成本支出，分析成本结构，制定降本增效方案，确保酒店成本率、费用率控制在目标范围内。
4. 依据国家财经法规、税务政策及酒店行业规范，制定和完善酒店财务管理制度、内控流程，并监督执行。
5. 组织部门例会，传达上级指示，梳理工作难点，协调解决财务工作中的各类问题，确保财务工作有序开展。
6. 统筹酒店全盘账务处理，监督审核记账凭证、原始单据的合规性与准确性，确保会计核算符合会计准则和酒店要求。
7. 组织编制酒店月度、季度、年度财务报表（资产负债表、利润表、现金流量表等），进行财务分析，出具财务分析报告，为管理层决策提供数据支持。
8. 熟悉国家税收政策，负责酒店税务申报、缴纳及税务筹划工作，配合税务机关的检查，降低税务风险。
9. 与前厅、餐饮、客房等营业部门密切沟通，提供财务支持，协助解决运营中的财务相关问题，确保营收数据准确归集。
10. 对接银行、税务、审计等外部机构，维护良好合作关系，及时处理各类外部事务。
11. 关注行业财务动态和政策变化，及时优化酒店财务工作流程。
