1. 遵守酒店的工作政策及程序，遵守万豪的商业行为规范以及员工手册中的条款。
2. 检查酒店所有区域的卫生情况及灯光和背景音乐是否符合标准。
3. 依照酒店要求记录安全日志和事故记录。
4. 确保所有报告和服务都按时完成。
5. 及时向管理层，同事和下属通报或更新相关信息。
6. 熟悉前厅部工作标准及程序。
7. 维持对万豪旅享家的高度了解，确保正确处理、准备报告并积极参与发展新会员。
8. 维持对酒店房价、折扣、包价、酒店设施、特别重要会议的全面了解。
9. 跟进GXP系统中客人的需求。
10. 每日根据《抵店客人详细报表》查阅客人信息，包括贵宾、万豪旅享家会员、散客、团队及特殊要求等，并为贵宾提前分配房间。
11. 管理日常运营，确保质量、标准达到宾客期望。
12. 提供卓越的宾客服务，提高宾客满意度，并让宾客再次光临。
13. 维持有效的对客关系，建立和谐的气氛并提供个性化的服务和帮助。
14. 处理客人要求并通过亲自追踪相关部门负责确保客人的要求被满足。
15. 协助解决客人账单问題、争议等，解决员工财务账务问题。
16. 积极回应并处理宾客问题和投诉。
17. 处理投诉，解决纠纷，解决不满和冲突或与他人协商。
