1. 高效、友好地接待抵店与离店宾客，办理登记与退房手续，并协助处理行李。
2. 准确无误地处理所有宾客预订、变更、取消及房态信息的更新与录入。
3. 作为信息中心，解答宾客对酒店设施、服务及本地旅游景点、交通的各类问询。
4. 处理宾客的合理需求、特殊要求及初步投诉，确保问题得到及时跟进与解决。
5. 严格执行标准化流程，操作酒店管理系统（PMS），并准确处理现金、信用卡等财务交易。
6. 维护前台区域及工作环境的整洁、专业与有序，管理必要的办公与宾客用品。
7. 遵循所有安全、安保及保密政策与程序，确保宾客隐私及酒店财产安全。
8. 与客房部、礼宾部、工程部等其他部门保持有效沟通与协作，传递宾客需求。
9. 积极了解并推广酒店客房、餐饮等产品，以及集团的会员忠诚度计划。
10. 执行上级安排的其他合理任务，并准备完成轮班工作。
