1.To store and issue stock and ensure that
an accurate, complete, and timing documentation for a stock movement is
maintained and updated.  
入库并发货，确保准确、完整、及时地记录库存动向并保持更新。
2.To monitor the stock turnover and place
order promptly to ensure the par level is maintained.  
监督库存周转，立刻下单申购，以确保维持存货标准。
3.To ensure inventory is properly rotated
to avoid waste and pilferage. 
确保存货的正确运转，避免浪费与失窃。
4.To check the quality and ensure the order
received meets the specifications. 
检查收取物品质量，确保到货符合要求。
5.To safeguard the store and ensure no
unauthorized access by any personnel. 
确保仓库安全，任何人非经授权不得入内。
6.To maintain and update the bin card for
each store item under the perpetual inventory system.  The bid card should contain the name of
stock, specification, and par level, date of each movement, quantity, and
closing balance and ensure the data stated in the bin card agreed with physical
count and the records in the inventory system. 
在永续盘存制下，维持并更新各库存物品的库存记录卡。库存记录卡应包含存货名字，说明，存货标准，每次周转日期，数量和期终余额。库存记录卡上所记录数据应与实际清点及盘存制度的记录相符。   
7.To check slow-moving and spoilage items. 
核对滞积与损坏物品。
8.To conduct monthly inventory. 
每月进行盘点。
岗位要求：
1.Diploma or Degree preferably in
hospitality or related field.
酒店管理或相关专业的本科或专科学历。
2. More than 1 year working experience in
the same position. 
1年以上同岗位工作经验。
3. professional and responsible, civilized
behavior. 
有事业心和责任感，行为举止文明礼貌。
4.Sound judgment, and strong
decision-making, problem-solving and follow up skills.
