大堂酒廊经理Lobby Lounde Manager
1.Provides guidance and assistance to theoutlet associates helping them in the execution of their duties andresponsibilities. 
提供指导和援助，以帮助部门员工完成和履行职责。
2.Oversees the service standards in theoutlet ensuring that they conform to the requisite standards and meet or exceedcustomer expectations. 
监督服务标准确保符合和达到部门的标准并超过客户的期望。
3.Liases with the kitchen, stewarding,bars, housekeeping and engineering to ensure that the operation runs smoothlyin areas of joint responsibility. 
联络厨房、管事部、酒吧、客房、工程以确保在连带的工作区域运作顺利。
4.Maximizes revenue in the outlet byimplementing upselling procedures. 
通过实施促销计划将厅面的收益最大化。
5.Procedure Monitors and controls thefinancial performance of the outlet controlling costs and expenses.
监测和控制财务状况以控制成本和费用支出。
6.Assists in monitoring and controlling thehotel’s OE inventory and participates in inventory taking.
协助监测和控制库存并参与盘点。
7.Conducts frequent front and back of housechecks ensuring mise-en-place, service procedures, standards of cleanliness andhygiene, repair and maintenance, associate grooming and manning levels are inorder and takes appropriate action where necessary.
反复检查前，后台的工作准备以确保备餐，服务程序，卫生状况，维修，员工仪容仪表和员工配置符合程序并在  必要时采取行动。
8.Assists in the selection, training andevaluation of subordinate associates.
协助挑选，培训和评估下属员工。
9.Coaches, counsels, disciplines anddevelops subordinate associates.
指导，建议，训练和发展下属员工。
10.Great beverage knowledge and skill, to createfor great department revenue and guests’ experience.

岗位要求
1. More than 2 years working experience in the same position is preferred. 
2年以上同岗位工作经验者优先考虑。
2. familiar with the hotel's customerservice requirements. 
熟悉掌握酒店对客服务的要求。
3. professional and responsible, civilizedbehavior. 
有事业心和责任感，行为举止文明礼貌。
4.Good interpersonal,communication and organizational skills.
具备良好的人际关系、沟通和组织能力。
