培训保安员业务知识，使之到达酒店所规定的工作要求和服务标准。
4.Under the security manager leadership,presided over the daily work of the Security Ministry, in charge of supervisionof security personnel to complete the work seriously to develop securitydepartment scheduling program; arrangements for staff overtime compensatoryleave, to master each class in a timely manner to report to the manager.
在保安部经理的领导下，主持保安部的日常工作，督导保安人员认真完成分管工作，制定保安部排班计划；安排好员工的加班补休，掌握各班情况及时向经理汇报。
5.Assist security manager to help superviseand inspect the implementation of the security system to prevent the occurrenceof accidents of various kinds.
协助保安部经理督促检查安全制度的落实，预防各类事故的发生。
6.Assist Security Manager to deal with alltypes of accidents occurring inside, receiving guests and staff reportedmissing cases, and accidents on major cases reported to the leadership and thepublic security organs in a timely manner, while protecting the scene, with thepublic security authorities do survey work.
协助保安部经理处理店内发生的各类安全事故，受理住店客人及员工报失案件，对重大案件和责任事故要及时上报领导和公安机关，同时保护好现场，配合公安机关做好调查处理工作。
岗位要求：
1.Diploma or Degree preferably inhospitality or related field.
酒店管理或相关专业的本科或专科学历。
2. More than 2 year working experience inthe same position. 
2年以上同岗位工作经验。
3. professional and responsible, civilizedbehavior. 
有事业心和责任感，行为举止文明礼貌。
4.Sound judgment, and strongdecision-making, problem-solving and follow up skills.
合理的判断力，决策力，问题的解决和跟进技巧。
