1.According to the work plan formulated bythe manager, responsible for supervising and coordinating the smoothimplementation of the work of each post in the distribution department; 
根据经理制定的工作计划，负责监督、协调分配部门内各岗位人员的工作顺利实施；
2.Good at coordinating inter-departmentaland intra-departmental interpersonal relations, improve work efficiency; 
善于协调部门之间和部门内部人际关系，提高工作效率；
3.Responsible for handling customercomplaints, and report the results to superiors; 
负责处理客人投诉，并将处理结果上报上级；
4.Assisted the department to make acomprehensive analysis of the daily passenger flow, formulated the pick-up planand deployment work, and ensured the normal daily operation; 
协助部门对每日客流量进行综合分析，制定接客方案、部署工作，保证每日的营运正常
5.Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.
完成经理交办的其他事项。
岗位要求
1.Experience in the same position is preferred.
同岗位工作经验优先考虑。
2.Familiar with the hotel's customerservice requirements. 
熟悉掌握酒店对客服务的要求。
3.Professional and responsible, civilizedbehavior. 
有事业心和责任感，行为举止文明礼貌。
