1.Check the daily work of each area andreport to the AEH.

2.Review the work plans prepared by theregional supervisors.

3.If necessary, make suggestions to the AEHand apply for relevant personnel and equipment.
如需要可向行政副管家提出建议,就有关人员及设备问题提出申请。
4.Grasp the situation of guests and roomconditions, spot check rooms, check VIP rooms, visit long guests from time totime, visit sick guests.
掌握住客情况和房态,抽查客房,检查VIP房间,不定期拜访长住客,探访生病宾客。
5.Check the hygiene of all public areas andensure that they are clean and working properly.
检查所有公共区域的卫生,并保证干净和工作正常。
6.Accept the extra work assigned by the AEH,and organize the department head to conduct health inspection, and makeinspection records.
接受行政副管家布置的额外工作,并组织部门主管进行卫生检查,做好检查记录。
7.Supervise floor and room centerinventory; Coordinate laundry to do linen inventory work.
监督楼面和客房中心的盘点工作;协调洗衣房做好布草的盘点工作。岗位要求
1.Diploma or Degree preferably inhospitality or related field.
酒店管理或相关专业的本科或专科学历。
2. More than 2 years working experience inthe same position is preferred.
2年以上同岗位工作经验者优先考虑。
3. familiar with the hotel's customerservice requirements.
熟悉掌握酒店对客服务的要求。
4. professional and responsible, civilizedbehavior.
有事业心和责任感,行为举止文明礼貌。
5.Sound judgment, and strongdecision-making, problem-solving and follow up skills.
