1.Supervises and may participate in HSKP
services, including cleaning, mopping, scrubbing, sanitizing the floor and
other surfaces as well as the refinishing, waxing and polishing of floors, tile
work and other various floor and wall surface in stairways, hallway, restrooms,
offices, laboratories, recreation and locker-rooms. Ensure that common areas
including conference rooms, lobby, and waiting areas are sanitary, clean and
free of trash and debris.

2.Directs and controls all subordinate
Villa Attendants to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled
on time and guest expectations are met.

3.Assigns villas for cleaning as per
schedules and monitors the cleaning process.

4.Ensures that vacant public area are
cleaned on time, checks them on completion of cleaning and reports back to
housekeeping once complete.

5.Reports engineering failures and
breakdowns and follows up on repair schedules

6.To attend to any ad hoc guests requests
ensuring that they are is properly attended to.

7.Act as a link between Management and line
associate in order to ensure efective communication.

8.Coaches, counsels, disciplines and
develops Resort Hosts and Telephone Operators.

9.Assists in the selection, training and
evaluation of Resort Hosts and Telephone Operators.

岗位要求
1.More than 2 years working experience in
the same position is preferred. 
2年以上同岗位工作经验者优先考虑。
2.Familiar with the hotel's customer
service requirements. 
熟悉掌握酒店对客服务的要求。
3.Professional and responsible, civilized
behavior. 
有事业心和责任感，行为举止文明礼貌。
4.Sound judgment, and strong
