1.Ensure that proper purchasing procedures are in place, with purchase request (PR) placed only by the Purchasing Department after due authorization by management, and with the obtaining of competitive quotes were required as per policy.

2.Review all the Purchase Requests processed by subordinates.
审核下级制定的采购申请单。
3.Ensure that all efforts are exhausted in obtaining the best possible quotations.

4.On a regular basis or upon the instruction of the Director of Finance and Administration, conduct market price survey in coordination with the Cost Controller and Executive Chef.
在财务总监的指示下，定期和成本控制及总厨做市场调查。
5.Ensure that price comparison among other hotels is done on a regular basis
确保定期将本酒店的采购价格与其它酒店进行比较。
6.Must be familiar with most of the regular items procured by the hotel.

7.To ensure the reporting FC requirements meet in a timing basis.
确保按时上交财务总监要求的报告。
8.Coordinates purchase all of hotel needs only if these applications are not covered by existing standards prescribed by the corporate office. And control the cost.

9.Ensure that purchases are not done in arm's length and that no commission or other forms of rewards are compromised in the negotiation.

大专（含）以上学历。
2.3-5 years in international hotel related work experience.
