1.Mainly responsible for welcoming guests and handling reception duties, with excellent service skills.
主要负责餐厅迎宾，接待工作，优秀的服务技能
2.Confidently knowing the food and beverage menu contents and be able to explain them in detail to guests. Understand dietary requirements and offer appropriate suggestions.
熟悉掌握菜单及饮料单上的内容，并可以向客人做出详细解释。了解健康食品的要求，可以提出适当的建议。
3.Undertake steps/process to ensure that all areas of the restaurant are set to the standards required for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This includes setting tables, setting the buffet, having all equipment ready for service and ensuring you have been briefed by your supervisor for the shifts activities.
遵守服务程序，保证餐厅的各个区域都符合早餐、午餐及晚餐的服务标准。其中包括收银台的准备工作，与厨师交流餐厅预定的详细情况。
4.Check reservations with Supervisor/Manager, and confirm any large bookings for the next service period.
与主管或经理检查预定，并确认人数较多的预定。
5.Greet guests with a smile offer assistance with coats, bags etc.
微笑服务，协助客人就座，储存外套或背包。
6.Ensure all service procedures are carried out to the standards required.
确保所有服务都符合标准。
7.Ensuring that safe and healthy working practices are observed throughout service.
在服务过程中确保严格遵守卫生及安全守则。
8.To have a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both customers and colleagues.
