招聘 暖通值班工程师 HVAC Duty Engineer
1. Ensure the normal operation of boiler system, air conditioning system, floor heating system, water supply and drainage and hot and cold water system, smoke exhaust system, air supply system, air cabinet unit, fan coil, split air conditioning, kitchen refrigerator, cold storage, guest room refrigerator, and can deal with the failure of kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, oil isolation facilities, swimming pool and hot spring facilities.
确保锅炉系统、空调系统、地暖系统、给排水及冷热水系统、排烟排风系统、送风系统、风柜机组、风机盘管、分体空调、厨房冰箱、冷库、客房冰箱正常运行，同时能够处理厨房设备、洗衣房设备、隔油设施、泳池及温泉设施发生的故障。
2. Strictly implement the safety responsibility system, urge and inspect employees to strictly implement the safety operation procedures, strictly implement the fire system and fire safety system.
严格执行安全责任制度，督促检查员工严格执行岗位安全操作程序，严格执行动火制度，消防安全制度。
3. Develop the professional equipment maintenance plan, report to the deputy director/director of engineering, organize the implementation, complete the equipment maintenance as planned, personally supervise and check the quality of maintenance .
制定本专业设备维保计划，上报工程副总监/总监，并组织实施，按计划完成设备维保，亲自监督检查维保质量。
4. In addition to being proficient in this major, you should also be familiar with the operation process of the hotel's main system, such as power main system, weak main system and fire fighting facilities. When the system fails, you should be able to lead the staff to deal with it according to the emergency plan, and have basic electrical knowledge.
除精通本专业外，还需熟悉了解本酒店电力主系统、弱电主系统、消防设施等主系统运作过程，当系统发生故障时，能带领员工按照应急预案进行处理，有电工基础知识。

对外包工程项目进行全面监督并跟进，确保质量。
8. Check stock parts regularly, make purchase request, cooperate with warehouse manager to receive goods and check goods into the warehouse.
定期检查库存配件，提出采购申请，配合仓管员做好收货验货入库。
9. Check and urge the staff to maintain the cleanliness and cleanliness of the equipment room. No fireworks are allowed in all areas.
检查并督促员工维护好各设备机房的卫生整洁，所有区域严禁烟火。

12. During duty, inspect and record the operation of the hotel's important equipment room, supervise the staff to inspect the equipment daily, and make a good record of the inspection.
值班期间，巡查酒店重要设备机房运行情况并记录，监督员工每日巡查设备，每日温度巡查，做好巡查记录。
13. Do a good job of department training, urge employees to participate in training, improve business level, improve maintenance skills.  
做好部门的培训工作，督促员工参加培训，提升业务水平，提高维修技能。有节能意识，提出节能措施。
14. Maintain effective communication with Engineering Director/Deputy Director to complete important maintenance tasks assigned by leaders.
保持与工程总监/副总监有效沟通，完成领导交代的重要维修任务。
15. Strictly implement the department duty system and shift change system.
严格执行部门值班制度及交接班制度。
16. Adheres and ensures that all policies and procedures, and abide by staff handbook regulations.
