工作职责：
1. 负责餐厅日常运营管理，确保服务流程高效、客户体验优质并符合公司标准。
2. 领导和管理服务团队，包括人员招聘、培训、排班安排及绩效考核。
3. 严格执行食品安全与卫生规范，定期检查并确保符合国家相关法规要求。
4. 处理客户投诉及突发事件，及时解决问题以维护餐厅声誉和客户满意度。
5. 监控运营成本，管理库存、采购及预算执行，优化资源使用效率。
任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历，餐饮管理、酒店管理或相关专业优先；具备3年以上餐饮行业管理经验者可适当放宽学历要求。
2. 至少2年餐厅或同等职位工作经验，有西式餐饮服务背景者优先考虑。
3. 持有有效的健康证明，熟悉国家食品安全法规及操作规范。
4. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力和团队领导力，能有效激励员工并处理复杂情况。
5. 能够适应弹性工作时间，包括周末、节假日及晚间工作安排。
