工作职责：
1. 热情接待顾客，提供入座引导、菜单介绍及点餐服务，确保顾客用餐体验舒适满意。
2. 准确记录并传递点单信息至厨房，及时上菜并核对菜品质量，处理餐中加单或特殊需求。
3. 负责餐桌清洁与餐具整理，维持餐厅环境整洁卫生，包括餐前准备、餐中服务及餐后收尾工作。
4. 熟练操作收银系统完成结账流程，处理现金及电子支付，确保账目准确无误。
5. 积极响应顾客反馈，协助解决用餐问题，提升服务质量和顾客满意度。
任职资格：
1. 中专及以上学历，具备基本读写和计算能力，能清晰沟通表达。
2. 有1年以上餐饮服务经验者优先，熟悉中餐服务流程、餐桌礼仪及食品安全规范。
3. 具备良好的服务意识和沟通技巧，能高效处理顾客需求及团队协作。
4. 身体健康，能适应快节奏工作环境，可接受轮班制及站立作业。
5. 熟悉基础计算机操作，能快速学习点餐收银系统，工作认真负责。
