工作职责：
1. 协助餐厅经理制定并执行中餐厅日常运营计划，确保服务流程符合中餐特色标准，提升客户满意度及用餐体验。
2. 负责员工排班、培训及绩效管理，重点强化中餐服务技能、礼仪规范及团队协作效率。
3. 监督中餐食品安全、卫生操作及厨房设备维护，确保符合国家相关法规及行业标准。
4. 处理客户投诉及突发事件，及时解决中餐服务中的特殊问题，维护餐厅品牌形象。
5. 协助控制成本预算，优化中餐食材采购、库存管理及菜单定价策略，提升餐厅经营效益。
任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、餐饮服务、烹饪工艺或相关专业背景。
2. 具有4年以上餐饮行业工作经验，其中至少2年在中餐厅担任管理岗位职责。
3. 熟悉中餐运营全流程，包括菜单设计、服务标准、食品安全规范及高峰期客流管理。
4. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、应急处理能力及团队领导力，能适应轮班工作制度。
5. 持有食品安全管理员证书或中餐相关职业资格证书者优先考虑。
