工作职责：
1. 负责前厅部日常运营管理，包括前台接待、礼宾服务、总机协调等区域的监督与流程优化。
2. 处理客户投诉及突发事件，确保服务质量和客户满意度符合酒店标准。
3. 制定并执行前厅部服务规范与操作流程，提升团队工作效率与专业水平。
4. 指导和培训前厅部员工，进行绩效评估、团队建设及人才发展。
5. 协助前厅部经理完成部门预算编制、成本控制及年度目标达成。
任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业毕业。
2. 至少5年酒店行业工作经验，其中3年以上前厅部管理岗位经验。
3. 熟练掌握酒店管理系统（如Opera Onq）及办公软件操作。
4. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力和领导力，能高效处理客户关系及团队协作。
5. 流利的英语口语和书面表达能力，掌握其他外语者优先。
6. 具有良好的问题解决能力和抗压能力，适应酒店轮班工作安排。
