岗位职责:

1.Practice the service culture SHINE with Service Essence Training
对客服务中践行《服务精髓》中SHINE的服务文化要求
2.Ensure that all gym equipment, including cardio and weight equipment (dumbbells, stretching mats, benches) are restored to their original location, cleaned and disinfected, and ready to use the next morning.
确保所有设备在营业之前摆放整齐、擦拭干净，包括毛巾摆放。
3. Water cooler, newspapers and magazines available in the relaxation areas
所有的健身器械必须确保擦拭干净、维护得当及符合安全标准。
4.Clean all headphone sets and TV controls with disinfectant.
房间温度、灯光及音乐系统必须设置好并可以调整到事先设定的程度。
5.Solve the guest complaints with service culture E-Leap within Service Recovery Training
当客人向我们表达不满情绪时及时担负责任，并践行《服务补救》中的E-LEAP服务文化原则
6.Personal grooming, hygiene and courtesy are in line with hotel and brand standards
个人仪容仪表、卫生及礼貌礼节符合酒店和品牌标准
7.Strictly adhere to service processes and brand standards, and convey the essence of the brand to our guests to improve guest experience and brand perception
严格遵守服务流程和品牌标准，向我们的客人传递品牌精髓的信息以提高客人体验感和品牌感知度
8.All towels, water and beverages, fruits, disposable cups, headphone covers and cleaning cloth are in place and replenished as necessary.
所有的毛巾、饮用水、饮料、水果、一次性纸杯、耳机罩、擦拭布必须摆放好，以备补充之用。
9.Remove all used terry and cleaning rags to the laundry area.
开启及检查确认所有的健身设备。
10.Management will ensure all fitness equipment preventive maintenance program is conducted on a regular scheduled basis, to maintain safety standards in accordance to the manufacturer’s operating manual.
管理人员应确保所有的健身器械定期进行预防性维护保养，根据营运说明书来确保安全标准。
11.Develop and maintain a friendly relationship with all hotel guests.
与客人保持友好的关系。
12.Attendant is responsible for pool cleaning, water treatment, pool and beach service and area cleaning.
泳池的清洁，水质的保养，优质的服务，物品的提供，区域的卫生。
13.Maintains daily records for the purpose of providing an up-to-date cleanliness schedule.
完成每日清洁表格的内容。
14.Remove all used terry and cleaning rags to the laundry area.
