岗位职责:
1.To execute and supervise the day to day smooth operation of all systems and plants and to response to all daily work requests from various operating departments and guests.
当班主管确保日常系统和机电设备的顺利运行。落实日常其它部门和客人提出的各种维修要求。
2.To respond to job assignments in the repairing, installation, preventive maintenance and day to day operation of all electrical power distribution & lighting system which include high tension switch gears, transformers, low tension switch gears, protective control circuit for overload, earth fault, KWH metering, power factor correction capacitors bank, DC charger panel, emergency generator, electronic light dimmer system, lighting arrestor,  in a productive and cost effective manner so as to maintain  the system in a most efficient and optimum condition.
强电主管要及时进行维修，安装，预防维护以及日常配电和灯光照明系统运行情况，包括饭店内高压开关，变压器，低压开关，过压保护电路，接地保护，电量计量表，辅偿电容器，直流充电装置，柴油发电机，弱电调光器,避雷器设备等，保持设备在高效和经济的运行状态。
3.To respond to job assignments in the repairing, installation, preventive maintenance and day to day operation of all electronics system which include PABX, Fire alarm & detection system, Fire suppression system, CCTV surveillance system, MATV system, BAS system, Background music broadcasting system, Pager system, electronic door lock system, banquet AV equipment etc., in a productive and effective manner the cost so as to maintain the system in a most efficient and optimum condition.
弱电主管要及时进行抢修，安装，预防维护以及日常弱电系统运行操作，包括程控交换机系统，消防报警系统，灭火系统，闭路监控系统，闭路电视系统，楼宇自控系统，背景音乐广播系统，传呼系统，电子门锁系统,宴会AV s设备等，使设备处在高效和经济的状态下运行。
4.To respond to job assignments in the repairing, installation, preventive maintenance and day to day operation of all HVAC system in a productive and effective manner the cost so as to operate the system in a most efficient and optimum condition.
暖通主管要接受工程部安排的维修任务，以高效率、低成本的工作方式对饭店的中央空调系统进行安装、预防性的日常维修保养，时刻确保空调系统得以高效正常的运行。
5.To respond to job assignments in the repairing, installation, preventive maintenance and day to day operation of all mechanical system which include domestic cold & hot water supply system, water sprinkler & hydrant system, sewage discharge system, plumbing, laundry plant and kitchen equipment etc., in a productive and effective manner the cost so as to maintain the system in a most efficient and optimum condition.
机械主管要及时进行维修，安装，预防维护以及日常机械系统运行情况，包括饭店内冷水和热水供应系统，喷淋和消防系统，排水系统，管道系统，洗衣房设施和厨房设施等运行情况，保持设备在高效和经济的运行状态。
6.To responsible for the upkeep and repairs of building facilities which include furniture, wall covering, upholstery, wood works, flooring, paint works & vanish, masonry, and all decorative fixtures, etc. for all guestrooms and public areas.
装修主管要及时进行维护饭店设施维修工作，包括饭店内家具，墙纸，室内装修，木装饰，地板，墙面漆，石器和装饰物等情况。
 
任职资格:
Technical vocational institute training in general mechanical repairs & maintenance, College or engineering technical school graduate.
正规机械职业学校毕业，专业掌握机械维修和维护知识,有机械或电力专业证书或相关学历
Technical vocational institute training in HVAC and refrigeration.
在职业技术学校毕业受过中央空调和冷冻系统方面的培训。
Technical vocational institute training in general electronics systems repairs & maintenance.
