Proactively learn and master operational procedures, service standards, key performance indicators, and collaborative models across core departments including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Sales.

任职资格:1.全日制本科及以上学历
Full-time bachelor's degree or higher
2. 英语四级及以上,有较好的听说读写能力
CET-4 or equivalent, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
3.具有累计6个月及以上社会实践经历
At least 6 months of cumulative social practice experience
