1、完善质检制度，采用常规检查，抽查，专项检查等方式，不定期开展各酒店质量检查工作，了解各酒店的服务质量，上报检查结果并跟进各酒店改善方案的落实情况。
2、不断修正各酒店质检中存在的问题及不足，完善质量管理标准，严格开展检查考核工作。
3、依据集团发展战略及酒店整体服务质量，协助制定运营培训工作计划。
4、贯彻执行，完善员工培训管理制度，并检查各项制度的有效执行程度，落实培训结果。
5、建立酒店质量管理和质量检查档案。
1 .Improve the quality inspection system by adopting methods such as routine inspections, spot checks, and special inspections. Conduct quality inspections at various hotels on an irregular basis to assess their service quality, report the inspection results, and follow up on the implementation of improvement plans.
2.Continuously address the issues and deficiencies identified during quality inspections, enhance quality management standards, and rigorously carry out inspection and assessment work.
3.Assist in formulating operational training plans based on the group's development strategy and the overall service quality of the hotels.
4.Implement and improve the employee training management system, verify the effective implementation of various systems, and ensure the realization of training outcomes.
5.Establish a hotel quality management and quality inspection archive.
人才要求：
1、大专及以上学历，3年以上酒店从业经验，2年以上相关管理经验。
2、有强烈的责任感和良好的敬业精神。
3、熟练掌握酒店管理知识，具有较强的决策，管理，组织，协调能力，熟悉酒店的经营，管理业务和技能。
4、有相关酒店培训，质检工作经验。
1.College degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in the hotel industry and over 2 years of relevant management experience.
2.Possess a strong sense of responsibility and good professional dedication.
3.Proficient in hotel management knowledge, with strong capabilities in decision-making, management, organization, and coordination. Familiar with hotel operations, management practices, and relevant skills.
4.Have relevant work experience in hotel training and quality inspection.
