Job Description
1、负责公司薪酬体系的设计,优化与实施,确保其符合国家法律法规及企业战略发展需要;
2、组织开展市场薪酬调研,分析行业薪酬水平与趋势,为薪酬决策提供数据支持;
3、编制并执行月度,年度薪酬预算,审核薪资核算结果,确保薪酬发放准确,及时,合规;
4、管理员工薪酬档案,维护薪酬信息系统,保障数据安全与信息保密;
5、协同人力资源其他模块,支持绩效奖金,长期激励等方案的落地与效果评估;
6、解答员工薪酬相关咨询,处理薪酬申诉,提升员工薪酬满意度与公平感知。1. Responsible for the design, optimization, and implementation of the company's compensation system, ensuring compliance with national laws and regulations as well as alignment with the enterprise's strategic development needs.
2. Organize and conduct market compensation surveys, analyze industry salary levels and trends, and provide data support for compensation-related decision-making.
3. Prepare and execute monthly and annual compensation budgets, review payroll calculation results, and ensure that salary payments are accurate, timely, and compliant.
4. Manage employee compensation records, maintain the compensation information system, and ensure data security and information confidentiality.
5. Collaborate with other human resources functions to support the implementation and effectiveness evaluation of performance bonuses, long-term incentive programs, and related initiatives.
6. Address employee inquiries regarding compensation, handle compensation-related appeals, and enhance employee satisfaction and perceived fairness in compensation.人才要求
Talent requiring standard
1、大专及以上学历,人力资源管理,财务管理,统计学或相关专业优先;
2、具备3年及以上薪酬管理或人力资源相关工作经验,熟悉薪酬结构设计,个税计算及五险一金政策;
3、熟练使用Excel等办公软具备基础数据分析能力;
4、具备良好的逻辑思维,沟通协调能力及高度的责任心,严守职业操守与个人信息保密要求;
5、熟悉《劳动法》《劳动合同法》《个人所得税法》等相关法律法规,确保薪酬管理工作合法合
规1. College degree or above, with preference given to majors in Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Statistics, or related fields.
2. At least 3 years of work experience in compensation management or human resources, familiar with compensation structure design, individual income tax calculation, and social insurance and housing fund policies.
3. Proficient in using office software such as Excel, with basic data analysis skills.
4. Possess strong logical thinking, communication and coordination skills, and a high sense of responsibility; strictly adhere to professional ethics and personal information confidentiality requirements.
5. Familiar with relevant laws and regulations such as the *Labor Law*, *Labor Contract Law*, and *Individual Income Tax Law*, ensuring that compensation management work is legal and compliant.
