Job Description1、负责餐饮部门的各项行政管理工作,制定并组织实施餐饮运营的所有计划;
2、分析和研究餐饮市场状况和变化趋势,制定并调整经营策略,结合酒店年度经营方向做好部门年度营销推广计划;
3、制定,推行和监督本部门的各项管理制度,对部门的设备,物资,用具等严格管理;
4、巡查饭店餐饮经营情况,服务人员的工作状态和服务标准的执行情况;
5、熟悉目标市场,了解顾客需求,及时开发符合顾客喜欢的餐饮产品及活动形式,监督控制好出品质量;
6、拟订餐饮的服务标准,工作程序,加强餐厅的业务管理,提高服务质量;
7、定期进行业务培训,不断提高员工的业务素质和服务技巧;
8、主持参与制订厨房部的各项规章制度,并加以贯彻执行,加强对各厨房厨师长的考核和检查,不断完善厨房管理;
9、协调与其他部门的工作关系,确保宾客得到满意的餐饮产品和良好的服务。1. Responsible for all administrative management of the Food & Beverage department, formulating and organizing the implementation of all F&B operational plans.
2. Analyze and research market conditions and trends in the F&B industry, formulate and adjust business strategies, and develop the department's annual marketing plan in line with the hotel's annual operational direction.
3. Establish, implement, and supervise all departmental management policies, and strictly manage departmental equipment, supplies, and utensils.
4. Inspect the F&B operations of the hotel, the working status of service staff, and the implementation of service standards.
5. Be familiar with the target market, understand customer needs, promptly develop F&B products and promotional activities that appeal to customers, and supervise and control product quality.
6. Formulate F&B service standards and working procedures, strengthen the business management of the outlets, and improve service quality.
7. Conduct regular operational training to continuously improve staff professional abilities and service skills.
8. Lead and participate in the development of various rules and regulations for the kitchen department, ensure their implementation, strengthen the assessment and inspection of head chefs in each kitchen, and continuously improve kitchen management.
9. Coordinate working relationships with other departments to ensure guests receive satisfactory F&B products and good service.人才要求
Talent requiring standard1、5年以上酒店餐饮,会议管理工作经验,三年以上五星级酒店同类岗位工作经历;
2、大学专科及以上学历;
3、有高端餐饮管理经验者以及国际联号从业经验者优先。
4、具有餐饮推广和策划能力,酒店预算管理知识。
5、具有社会活动能力,组织领导工作能力和实际工作能力。
6、具有良好的团队管理能力;善于调动员工的工作热情。
7、具有敬业精神,较强的责任意识和抗压能力。1. More than 5 years of work experience in hotel food & beverage and conference management, including over three years in a similar position at a five-star hotel.
2. Associate degree or above.
3. Experience in high-end F&B management and/or international hotel chains is preferred.
4. Possess F&B promotion and planning capabilities, as well as knowledge of hotel budget management.
5. Have social skills, organizational and leadership abilities, and practical working capabilities.
6. Strong team management skills; good at motivating staff enthusiasm.
7. Demonstrate professional dedication, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
