1、制定并优化宾客服务流程与标准,监督服务质量,处理宾客投诉及突发事件。
2、培训、考核及督导前厅员工,提升团队专业素养与服务意识。
3、分析宾客满意度数据,提出改进方案并推动实施。
4、配合市场销售部执行促销活动,维护VIP客户关系。
【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先。
2、3年以上高星级酒店前厅管理经验,熟悉石基系统操作。
3、具备出色的客户服务意识与危机处理能力。
5、具备较强的团队管理能力与跨部门协调能力。
6、工作细致严谨,能适应轮班制。
