【岗位职责】
1、负责饼房制作食品的质量，检查食品所应达到的味道、温度和成色。
2、对本区域内的各种机器和设备进行检查和管理，防止酒店财产遭受损坏和丢失。
3、经常了解可改进食品质量或降低食品成本的新产品。
4、每日准时供应不同的糕点、果仁糖和各种制品，并随时查看，短缺时予以补充。
5、经常教育和训练员工提高制作糕饼的技术及装饰的技巧，短缺时予以补充。
6、负责婚礼、生日、纪念等特式糕点的准备和装饰工作。
7、负责热菜所需的各种面包、热狗包、汉堡包和各种甜点的制作。
【岗位要求】
1、高中学历以上，熟练的专业英语交流能力。
2、具有西饼房相关管理工作经验1年以上。
3、熟悉西式面包制作，有一定的创新意识 。
